This expansive French Country new construction spans ~400 acres in north central Georgia, where Liz Messick joined as the landscape design partner for Shannon Construction. Collaborating closely with the homeowner, Liz helped shape a vision that reflected their lifestyle, while working hand-in-hand with the builder to thoughtfully address the land’s natural contours, climate, grading, and irrigation. Together, they developed elegant plans for hardscape features including the entry gate, driveway, walkways, and poolside gathering spaces designed for outdoor entertaining and everyday enjoyment.
